Creating a Foundation of Support and Organization for Students Through Navigate
WSU Tech has been using Navigate for over a year. In the first semester of use WSU Tech had more than 1000 student downloads of the app and the buy-in from staff, faculty, and students has been overwhelmingly positive. In this session we will touch on the set-up of Navigate and how we chose the leadership team members for the project. In addition, we will demonstrate the features of the student app, and faculty, advisor, and administrator dashboards. Overall, Navigate has allowed WSU Tech departments to effectively triage student issues in a more collaborative and expeditious manner.
